Glasgow Square Christmas Decorations Recognized by Beautify the Bluegrass

Beautify Barren County is proud to share that our Glasgow Square Christmas Decorations have been recognized as part of the Beautify the Bluegrass initiative.

This project was about more than adding lights and decorations to the square. It was about creating a place that felt welcoming, festive, and worth gathering around during the Christmas season. Seeing downtown Glasgow come alive took planning, teamwork, and a lot of people willing to give their time and effort.

We are grateful to everyone who helped make the square sparkle. Volunteers, community partners, local leaders, businesses, and supporters all played a part in making the project possible.

Beautify the Bluegrass recognizes projects that improve the beauty and quality of communities across Kentucky, so this recognition is especially meaningful to us. It reflects what can happen when people work together to take care of the place they call home.

We are thankful for the recognition, but even more thankful for the people behind the project.

Thank you, Barren County, for helping make Glasgow’s square a little brighter this Christmas.
